This Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy outlines the framework adopted by Sai Prasad Himmatrao Holkar, a SEBI Registered Research Analyst (Registration No. INH000019901, BSE Enlistment: 6512), to comply with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA), applicable rules, and SEBI guidelines including the SEBI Circular dated February 17, 2025. Policy for Acceptance of Clients
